How to Open and Save a File in the Program

To save your work, make sure to use drive V (A-Storage).

Warning: If you save your file anywhere else, it will be deleted after the session ends. That’s why it is crucial to save your files only on drive V (A-Storage).

How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication on Aristeem

If you want to enhance the security of your account, we highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). This extra layer of protection keeps your account safe even if your password is compromised.

  1. Go to Your Account Settings
Open your account menu and navigate to the security or login section.
  2. Select “Two-Factor Authentication”
Click on the option labeled “Two-Factor Authentication” or similar.
  3. Download or Save Backup Codes / Recovery Phrases
These are essential in case you lose access to your authenticator app. Save them securely.
  4. Scan the QR Code Using an Authenticator App
Use an app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or another to scan the QR code provided.
  5. Enter the Generated Code and Click “Continue”
Input the code shown in your authenticator app and proceed.
  6. All Set!
Two-factor authentication is now enabled. A confirmation email will be sent to you notifying that 2FA has been successfully activated.

This security measure greatly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your account.

How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication

If you’ve decided that you no longer want to use the additional security of two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in, you can easily disable it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Aristeem Account
Visit the Aristeem website and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the “My Account” Section
Navigate to your personal account settings.
  3. Select “Two-Factor Authentication”

  5. Done!
Two-factor authentication will be deactivated. You will receive an email notification confirming that this action was completed.

How Can I Add Apps to "My Programs" for Quicker Access?

To make using our service more convenient, you can add frequently used apps to "My Programs." This saves you time by avoiding the need to search through over 300 available apps and makes it easier to launch a second app during your session.

There are two ways to add an app to "My Programs":

  1. From the app library:
On the app card, click the "+" icon. After doing so, a checkmark will appear instead of the plus, and the app will be added to the "My Programs" tab.
  2. From the app details page:
When viewing the full description of an app, you’ll see a "My Programs" button next to the Launch button. Click it to add the app to your favorites.

Adding apps to "My Programs" helps you find them faster and makes it easier to open multiple apps within the same session.
