The image is blurry or pixelated

This is a bandwidth problem, not a hardware one.

• Lower the stream quality in A-Menu → Streaming, or raise the bitrate if your connection can take it.
• Check your speed against our servers with the Speedtest
• Close background applications that use the network
• Try another browser if the problem persists.

Low FPS or bitrate can also look blurry, choppy or delayed rather than pixelated.
