I forgot to cancel my subscription

A refund isn’t possible in this case. If a subscription isn’t cancelled, it renews automatically and the charge is taken on the renewal date.

Example. You buy a monthly subscription on 1 January. It renews automatically on 1 February and the cost is deducted then. To avoid that, cancel by 30 January — at least 2 days before the renewal date.
