How do payments work, and can I get a VAT number on my invoice?

Payments are processed via Stripe. Aristeem does not store your payment method details.

VAT numbers are not shown on Aristeem invoices. The service operates under a B2C model and the payment flow has no field to collect a VAT number, so invoices are generated without VAT information and a VAT number can’t be added to an existing invoice.

If you need VAT on an invoice for accounting, contact support and give the email address linked to your account or subscription so the team can track the request. Support can pass the request for a VAT-number field to the product team, but there’s no guaranteed timeline.
