Set up your Aristeem Work Cloud PC: what happens after payment, where to save files, and how to adjust your session

Your Cloud PC is a full Windows machine running on our hardware, opened in your browser. Nothing
to install on your own device.

Follow these steps in order for your first session.

Set up your Workspace

Right after you sign up, and before you pay, you'll configure the machine we build for you. Four screens, a couple of minutes

Choose what you'll work on

Pick your workflow – 3D modeling, Multimedia Design, Game development, Data analysis, Architecture or Other.

This only decides which apps we suggest next.

Choose apps to pre-install

very workspace already includes Chrome, 100 Gb workspace storage and 75 Gb files storage.

– Didn't find your app? Skip it. You can download and install programs yourself inside your workspace at any time.

Choose your workspace storage

This is the space for Windows and your programs. 100 Gb is included. The panel on the right shows how much space is left Add more only if your programs are large

– You can increase both workspace storage and files
storage later. This is not a one-time decision.

Choose your plan and pay

Your Cloud PC is built right after payment. That's the last step.

Wait for your Machine to be Built

After payment, your Cloud PC is created and your selected apps are installed on it

This usually takes up to 15 minutes. The more
apps you pre-installed, the longer it takes.

This happens once. Every session after
this starts almost immediately.

Status hasn't changed after 30 minutes? Contact support.

Start your
First Session

Sign in and press Start
a new session on your Home screen

Your Windows desktop opens in the browser

To add more
programs later:

  1. Open Chrome inside your workspace
  2. Download the installer from the publisher's site
  3. Run it

Our Application Catalogue collects official download links
to save you searching. Software licences are not included — you get them from the vendor, as you would for any PC.

Upload and
download files

To upload:

  1. Open the My files (V:) section
  2. Click Upload
  3. Choose the file from your device
  4. Wait for the upload to finish

To download: open the same section, select
the file, click Download.

Adjust your session

Interface too small:

  1. Open the A-menu
  2. Select Scaling
  3. Choose a higher percentage
  4. Close the menu

End your session

Always end your session from the A-menu. Closing the browser tab is not the same thing.

  1. Save your work to drive V: (A-Storage)
  2. Open the A-menu
  3. Select End session
  4. Confirm

Your next session starts from the Home screen and opens almost immediately — your programs and files stay where you left them.
