Aristeem Work
Aristeem Work gives you a personal Cloud PC — a full remote Windows machine with dedicated resources, streamed to your browser. It's your own isolated virtual machine: 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X, AMD Radeon 7900 XT (16 GB), 32 GB DDR5 RAM and two independent drives.
You get administrator rights, not a limited environment. You can configure Windows, change layouts and themes, and install any application you need — exactly as on a physical computer. All processing happens on our servers in the EU; your device only receives the video and audio stream and sends your input back.
No. Your Cloud PC is a dedicated machine with reserved resources, so it's created only after payment — there's nothing to hand out for free before that.
If you want to test the connection before you buy, use the Speedtest link in the top-right corner of the site. It measures the route to our servers specifically, which is the number that actually predicts your experience.
Usually up to 20 minutes. Deployment time depends on data-centre load and on which software packages you selected at purchase — the system downloads and installs those inside your virtual machine before your first sign-in, so a large pre-install block makes it longer.
That wait happens once. Every session after that starts almost instantly.
If the status hasn't changed after 30 minutes, contact support.
Always on My files (V:). This is your personal cloud storage: it persists permanently, it's available with or without a running session, and it's the only location that supports upload and download. Inside Windows Explorer it appears as A-Storage (V:).
Workspace storage (C:) is the system drive — Windows and your installed applications. It's reachable only while a session is running.
Files saved outside V: — on the Desktop or in Documents, for example — may persist, but V: is the only guaranteed and always-available location. Before you end a session, confirm your work is saved to V:. Proper file saving is your responsibility.
Yes. Installed applications and Windows settings live on Workspace storage (C:) and persist for as long as your subscription is active. You don't reinstall anything at the start of each session, and you don't reconfigure your environment every time.
Yes, you can install anything. You have administrator rights, so you open a browser inside your Cloud PC, download the installer (.exe or .msi) and run it — the normal Windows process.
Licences are not included. Aristeem provides the machine and the runtime environment; software licences are yours and are obtained directly from the vendor. If the vendor offers an official trial (Autodesk, for example), you activate it through your own vendor account — trial terms and duration are set by the vendor, not by us.
Our application catalogue is a directory of official publisher links to make this faster. It's a convenience, not a limit — anything not listed there, you can still install yourself.
Every plan includes a monthly hour allowance, shown on your Home screen as hours left this month, with a renewal counter. Plan hours reset with the plan each month.
If you need more, buy an hour pack with the Add hours button on the Home screen. Packs are a one-time purchase and work differently from plan hours: any unused pack hours roll over to the next month automatically.
Pack. Price Per hour
5 hrs. €2.99. €0.60
10 hrs. €4.99. €0.50
20 hrs. €8.99. €0.45
30 hrs. €11.99. €0.40
Stability matters more than raw speed. Minimum bandwidth is 15–20 Mbps for Full HD (1080p) and from 50 Mbps for 4K / 60 FPS — but a wired Ethernet connection beats fast Wi-Fi every time.
What we recommend: Ethernet (fibre-optic preferred), or 5 GHz Wi-Fi if cable isn't possible. Avoid 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, mobile internet (3G/4G/LTE) and DSL — these may cause problems.
Ping is the number you'll feel. Under 30–40 ms is comfortable; above roughly 40 ms the cursor starts to feel unresponsive, which is most disruptive in precision work. Note that computing itself doesn't slow down — only the feedback does. A powerful local device cannot compensate for a poor network.
Almost any. Aristeem runs in your browser, so your own device doesn't have to be powerful — it only shows the picture and sends your clicks back. All the work happens on our servers.
You can use:
Windows
macOS
Linux
ChromeOS
Android and iOS tablets — with a keyboard and mouse connected
That's the point of a Cloud PC: your old laptop, your Mac, your Chromebook and your tablet all give you the same machine.
What you need: a recent browser — Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera — and a stable connection. There's nothing to install.
Phones are the one exception. A phone screen is too small to work on, so we don't support sessions from a mobile phone. Use a tablet or a computer instead.
Refunds are available within the first 30 minutes of your first session after purchase. Contact Support to request one. This window applies to the first session only — once that session has ended, the request can no longer be made.
Outside that window, under our Terms and Conditions refunds are not provided once a subscription has been activated and used.
If your payment failed, your subscription didn't activate, or you were charged more than once, contact live support directly and have your payment receipts ready.
